Turor Tutee Meeting. 
A school is a loving family. 
Taking care of all our children is our primary responsibility however we have a system in which each teacher is allotted one student per class and they form a tutor tutee team. 
This helps students to have a loving bond and also will help in sharing their thoughts or issues with the team mates or the tutor. 
Having a limited set of children as their tutees, teachers can interact with them during the time allotted and also whenever they meet and update themselves with the needs or problems of their tutees.
